Arloa: Empowering Special Education Advocacy

Project Overview

At Arloa, I contributed to the creation and launch of a secure generative AI platform designed to empower parents of children with special needs. The platform ingests critical documents, including IEP reports, progress reports, and medical documents, to create a comprehensive child profile. This personalized profile enables parents to advocate effectively for their children through tailored tools for communication, goal tracking, and education plan management, both at home and in collaboration with schools.

As the UX designer, brand designer, and marketing lead, I played a pivotal role in shaping the user experience, brand identity, and go-to-market strategy, which grew our user base to 1,500 subscribers within a few months.
